Graphic Design

Because we collaborate primarily with lifestyle, luxury, and design-led brands, graphic design sits at the heart of everything we do. It is often the first point of contact between a brand and its audience—an unspoken introduction that conveys identity, craftsmanship, and intent. Every detail, from composition to texture, shapes perception and defines the experience to come.

We take the time to truly immerse ourselves in our clients’ worlds, crafting thoughtful design solutions that inspire connection, foster growth, and elevate the evolution of their brands.

Jimmy + Grace

Bride Grace entered the planning process with a clear vision: a joyful palette of yellow, lavender, and orange. Her mother, Liza—a contemporary artist—also wanted to incorporate her designs into the celebration. After exploring a range of options, Grace and Liza selected a striking contemporary orange-and-white print for the linens, which became the foundation for the overall event design.

From the invitation suite to the florals, vessels, and decorative accents, the final palette—lavender, yellow, and orange—appeared throughout every touchpoint. Among our favorite bespoke details were the matchboxes featuring a photo of the couple in high school, and a custom ice-cream shroud designed to evoke a chic, European vending cart aesthetic.

The invitation suite itself included the primary invitation, a details card, an after-party insert, and envelopes lined with sunny yellow tissue—a strong first peek to the celebration that followed.

Leslie + Jack

Neutral was the word for this wedding. Black, white, creams and ivories. So much so that our bride really wanted all of her guests to wear all the same colors on their special day.

Rixey + Evan

Our beautiful Baltimore bride married a handsome Greek groom, and their celebration thoughtfully honored his Mediterranean heritage. The theme guided an unforgettable weekend, with sea-inspired blues anchoring the palette, complemented by an olive branch motif and an understated Greek key accent.

We designed custom print elements—including cocktail napkins, table numbers, save-the-dates, and matchboxes—to create a cohesive, thoughtful and designed experience across every guest touchpoint.

Ladew Garden Festival

Ladew Gardens engaged us to refresh the brand of their long-standing and much-loved spring event, Garden Festival, held each May.

With the goal of elevating Ladew’s profile, strengthening its event portfolio, attracting a more fashion-forward vendor pool, and inspiring increased membership and visitation, 8 Boxwood Lane Creative developed several creative directions for consideration.

We built upon the existing event logo, introducing a brighter, ‘social minded’ palette, included more fashion-forward typography, full-bled photography and also explored a signature yellow and white stripe motif — a nod to the yellow-and-white striped tents that define the festival landscape.

8 Boxwood Lane Creative partnered closely with the farm’s founder starting in 2023 to craft a visual identity that fully reflects that mission. We developed the farm’s logo and comprehensive brand style guide, establishing a strong foundation for all future creative needs. Since then, we’ve supported their evolving business ventures with a range of branded materials, including business cards + documents, brochures, packaging, labels, postcards, emails, and social media graphics.

The Good Life

Welcome to THE GOOD LIFE. During Covid, our long-time client, The Red Devils, needed to transition from in-person gatherings to a fully virtual format in order to sustain their fundraising efforts. In response, we developed an online event concept— THE GOOD LIFE— a curated weekend of experiences designed to embody and celebrate the idea of living well.

8 Boxwood Lane Creative developed the event’s branding, established the digital framework for the weekend, and collaborated closely with all participating partners to ensure their contributions aligned seamlessly with the event’s cohesive look and feel.
